"Expectation is the mother of all frustration."
Antonio Banderas.
Perceived (or even non-existent) expectations from other people can kill our mental health. Think about it. I wish I'd internalize this earlier as I suffered from this burden for many years at work. But by golly, it's been a miraculous revelation for me in 2021 😀. I realized that no one has any right to judge and condemn me at all, except God of course. That would mean I still need to behave myself according to common sense and moral values. Mentally healthy and sleeping better are some great outcomes. Hope it helps you as well! 💪
A very simple shot using my Sony A7II on the Tamron 28-75mm lens. ISO of 500 and 1/250s speed in the midst of good natural afternoon light albeit indoors. Aperture of F/2.8 and 75mm focal length to blur out the background.
Let 'unreal expectations' blur into the background! 💪
